Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 16 September 2026: Ottu, the Online Payments Management Platform (OPMS), and Network International Arabia, the Saudi Central Bank licensed payment institution of Network International, today signed a partnership agreement at Money20/20 Middle East in Riyadh. Under the agreement, Network International Arabia's acquiring and payment services will be available to merchants accepting payments in the Kingdom through the Ottu platform.
Ottu merchants will be able to connect to Network International Arabia alongside their existing payment providers, route transactions between them, and manage settlement and reconciliation from one platform. The connection will be available to merchants.
Ottu is an Online Payments Management Platform (OPMS) that connects merchants to multiple payment gateways, PSPs and payment methods through a single integration. Its smart router directs each transaction to the most suitable provider, with automatic failover and retry logic to reduce declines and protect against provider outages. Merchants keep direct relationships with their payment providers and retain full control over routing, fees and reconciliation.
Network International Arabia is licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) as a Major Payment Institution and provides acquiring, payment aggregation, card processing and online payment acceptance for mada, international card schemes and digital wallets in Saudi Arabia. It draws on Network International's more than 30 years of experience across the Middle East and Africa.
Danah Taqi, General Manager at Ottu, said: “Large merchants in Saudi Arabia increasingly need the flexibility to work with multiple acquiring partners while maintaining centralized control over their payment infrastructure. By integrating Network International Arabia into Ottu, we are expanding the local acquiring options available through a single orchestration layer, helping enterprises scale their payment operations without adding integration complexity.”
